Connexions Loyalty spent a few days in Boca Raton last week at Source Media’s Card Forum and Expo. Bob Daly, SVP of Retail Payment Solutions with U.S. Bank joined Connexions Loyalty’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Account Management & Client Solutions, Charles Christianson, to discuss brand evolution and the importance of enriching customers’ lives through experiences. Daly and Christianson shared relevant examples of brands, including U.S. Bank, that have focused on providing innovative product offerings, removing customer pain points, giving back to society and creating engaging events for their consumers.
As we continue to celebrate our new brand, we invited visitors to our tradeshow booth to “picture a new connection” with a professional headshot that they could use for their LinkedIn or other social media accounts.
The conference wrapped up with Connexions hosting an Iron Chef cooking event with Cuban celebrity Chef Pepin. Teams of clients, employees and prospects connected and competed in a light-hearted and tasty cooking competition.
