Connexions Loyalty moving to Henrico’s Innsbrook Corporate Center

New headquarters, amenities designed to support growth and attract and retain talented employees.

Connexions Loyalty, a Henrico-based provider of incentives and loyalty program management services, announced today that it has leased new office space in the Innsbrook Corporate Center to accommodate growth and to provide its current and future employees with a state-of-the-art work environment. Connexions will occupy 64,000 square feet in the North Shore Commons complex with an anticipated move-in date of November 2015.

Connexions employs 170 people in the Richmond area (800 total), supporting leading brands across a variety of industries including 9 of the top 10 U.S. credit card issuers, the top U.S. automaker, a major Brazilian bank and the world’s largest airline. In 2014, Connexions acquired two loyalty management and incentive marketing companies and opened offices in Brazil and Singapore to service a growing list of international clients.

“We’ve selected a space that supports our growth in the short-term and provides access to additional space for our long-term needs,” says Connexions President Scott Lazear. “Our new office will incorporate the latest technology and a variety of collaborative spaces so we’ll be able to work smarter. In today’s knowledge-based economy, this will be vital to growing our business.”

Connexions Loyalty has selected Evolve Architecture to design its new space. Evolve has previously designed corporate offices for local companies such as Allianz Global Assistance, Owens and Minor, The Vintner Group  and Free Agents Marketing. “We’re excited to work with Connexions Loyalty to design a space that meets the needs of their employees for many years to come,” says Evolve principal RoseMarie Bundy.
