I have over 21 years of technology and business solutions expertise with a proven track record of building high-performing global organizations and developing technology strategies that help companies drive operational excellence and accelerated growth. I have a results-oriented leadership style that informs strategy, operations and complex mission-critical transformations, programs and services for technology, travel, loyalty, telecommunications and business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors.
What’s your role at Connexions?
I am the Chief Technology Officer at Connexions, spearheading technology strategy and execution to help clients more effectively acquire and retain loyal customers.
How do you help increase customer lifetime value for your clients?
Our platforms provide a seamless customer experience, regardless of the channels they interact in, which leads to better customer engagement and improved customer retention.
What’s your perspective on loyalty technology?
The key to innovative loyalty technology is personalization and immediacy. Technology should simplify the loyalty experience and encourage reward redemption, thus driving the value of the brand and engendering greater brand loyalty.
What gets you excited for the day?
Every client request comes with its own set of technical challenges. Brainstorming, collaborating with various parties and providing optimal technical solutions to meet or exceed our client expectations is exciting and gratifying.
